General Part 231

The Organizational and Management Model provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001 (“Model 231”) aims to ensure conditions of correctness and transparency in the management of business and corporate activities, safeguarding its position and image, the expectations of its shareholders, and the work of its employees and collaborators.

Whistleblowing Regulation

Our country, with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, has implemented Directive 2019/1937, concerning the protection of those who report crimes or irregularities of which they have become aware in the context of their employment relationship (so-called “Whistleblowing”), providing, under certain conditions, the obligation for private companies to activate internal reporting channels, which guarantee the confidentiality and identity of the reporter and protect him/her from any possible retaliatory action.
BRUNO S.r.l, already equipped with an Organisational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, has coordinated and adapted the system of reporting offences to the recent legislation, by implementing an online reporting channel called the “Ananda Whistleblowing” platform, which can be accessed by clicking on the following to send your reports to the Whistleblowing Manager of BRUNO S.r.l.
BRUNO S.r.l believes that an adequate whistleblowing system can allow employees, customers and suppliers to send reports in a systematic and confidential manner, as well as to establish a protected and constant interaction and dialogue with its Whistleblowing Manager.
